Abstract
This study was conducted to analyze the performance of digital health systems currently operating in the public sector and to find ways to improve the digital health system in the future.
In particular, this study systematically analyzed the validity of the operation of the digital health system by analyzing the causal relationship between each performance perspective through balanced scorecard and structural equation modeling.
As a result of analyzing the causal relationship based on the evaluation model based on the evaluation model, all the research hypotheses were accepted because the causality between all the perspectives had a statistically significant effect. In other words, the investment in service capability has a positive effect on the quality and use of the digital health system, which means that the quality improvement of the digital health system can provide a level of service to the target customer for the purpose of the project. Meeting the performance factors of the customer's perspective can also have a positive impact on the primary purpose of the digital health system.
The managerial implication is that the global optimum can be achieved by improving the performance of the bottleneck factors rather than the factors that have already achieved sufficient performance.
